Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

At Luxe Aura, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how orders, deliveries, and refunds are managed.


1. Delivery / Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

  • Shipping Charges: ₹60 on orders below ₹450. Free shipping on orders above ₹450.

  • COD Charges: ₹50 cash handling fee (non-refundable).

  • Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

  • If a package is visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode within 4–5 business days.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. Instead, you may request a return after delivery.


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 48-hour easy return/replacement window from the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing product, please share clear photos and an unboxing video with us (mandatory for claims).

  • Unboxing video must clearly show the shipping label, order ID, and product condition without cuts/edits.

  • Approved claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

  • For "No Questions Asked" returns, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense (self-ship).

  • The refund will be credited to the source account with in 7-10 business days after product passes quality check. ALso , the exchanged product will be delivered within 7 -10 business days

  • Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless defective.
